So, we're going to be sponsoring some forums so the boss wanted me to build a banner.. Originally it was going to be a single image banner but the boss wanted to cram it full of stuff so it ended up turning into an animated .gif.. Anyway, I just learned how to do it like an hour ago so here it is.
