Idiotic Drivers

So there I am coming out of the In 'N' Out in Thousand Oaks, as soon as I clear the driveway a Late 90's Dodge Ram decides to make an illegal U-Turn from parked on the right side of the road, in front of, all places, a liquor store. H e decides to do this about 15 feet in front of me!!! Needless to say we collided. First he blames it on me, then my friend pulls in, who saw the whole thing, he then says it was an accident and he has no idea who was at fault. I get his information and call the police, he leaves before I can finish the call. The police have to call him because he gave me the wrong address and the wrong CDL number! He then lies to the police saying my lights weren't on, all the police officer had to do was look at the now vertical front headlight that got jammed into a vertical position!! To top it off his insurance lapsed, and he knew it. So now I have to take him to court. Oh, and they totaled my car!!!!!!

Damn dude, that's too bad. At least you're alright. It's amazing how many dishonest people there are in this world, they make me so fucking angry Hopefully you get it all sorted out and that asshole gets what he has coming to him.
