looking to turn up the boost

This is only my second post. I tried yesterday but it didnt show. more than likely my fault. I am lacking when it comes to computer skills. Anyway I was wondering if it is possible to turn up the boost in my MKIII in stock form. If not, what are the steps I need to take to get the job done correctly? Price wise what might I be looking at.

It goes from cheap to expensive. You can put some washers between the wastegate diaphram can and the compressor housing. You can buy a cheap manual boost controller. You can buy an expensive boost controller. Before you do this you should add a boost and A/F (stoich) gauge. Keep an eye on things as you turn up the boost.
