Anybody going to see a movie over the holiday?

Just wondering if anybody plans on seeing any movies over the holiday. I see that AVP-R is coming out christmas day that I would like to see. I used to get the Alien Vs Predator darkhorse comics back when I was in high school and I've always been a predator and alien movie fan. I think I'm going to go see "I am legend" on saturday.

Yah, my wife hates horror movies. The only time she'll watch them is if we can watch them at home. There are some that she will make an exception if it's something i REALLY want to see in the theatre.

I saw "I Am Legend" yesterday. Definitely a good flick. It was very suspenseful but the ending was kind of lame.. it's one of those endings that you say "that's it?"

It's about a man-made cure for cancer that turned into a virus that wiped out 99% of the planet, and those zombies ate the people that were immune. Will Smith is immune and is the last survivor in New York (ground zero for the virus) along with his dog. He was the military scientist that was working on the cure when the virus "went airborn" in 2009 and he is still working on the cure using his own blood 3 years after the virus spread, in 2012, where the movie is set place.

I was going to buy the book to read, because I always read the books before seeing the movies, but the book is only like 150 pages long. Wtf? I couldn't justify spending $10 on 150 pages. lol. I'll rent the movie from Netflix.

I'd like to see Sweeny Todd.
