...

if i were you i would run a 1st gen head they flow crazy better and for 380 t0 450 hp i would run a 50trim 780cc injectors and a maftranslater 255 fuel pump turbo back 3inch exhaust and about 22-25 psi and that would give you wat ya need.

Sounds like a nice set up.. What rods and crank are you going to go with? and I agree you should get a 1g head... as far as fuel and managemant it depends on what kind of power you are going to want.. what is your overall goal? You arn't going to need to get 780cc injectors to get 450 HP you can do that with 660's. I can get you some great deals if you still need to buy stuff just let me know what you want.

what kinda budget are you on? are you planning on making more than 400whp in the future? what fuel are you planning on using? i think a gt35r, s362, or anything around a 61mm compressor wheel would work very well for your setup. as for fuel a walbro 255 or supra tt pump would work fine with stock lines and some 780's would work fine.

i'd go with the 50 trim. fast spool and its a great pump gas turbo. 20psi should get you around the low 400 range

Wow I didn't notice the other posts in this thread! I can get you the rods if your still in need. what crank do you want? Also what turbo do you want? CT9A GSR is right that you will spool quick with the 50 trim and it will be a good pump gas turbo but you will be reaching the max point with that turbo.. so if you have any plans on getting more power then that down the road you might want to look at a 57 or 60 trim. Also depending on your budget. Do you want a direct bolt in replacement? or do you want to get a new manifold and down pipe and what not.. the evo3 16G can make a reliable 380 WHP on pump gas and it is a great turbo.. if you wanted to push the limits you can get over your 400 mark but your going to need hella fuel! also as a direct bolt on you can go with a 18g or 20G turbo. both with bolt onto your manifold and have plenty of power but plan on some lag. What kind of racing do you want to do?
