Then send it out to Bob at form and function and have him port it and put a big wheel in it.

I ran 10.70's on drag radials with the above mentioned S3 with stock S3 injectors, stock S3 fuel pump and one of nemo's custom fuel rails with my own regulator and return set up. No engine management what so ever. Just high octane mode and 114. Dialed the fuel pressure down till I got 12.0 a/f and soon realized how much fwd sucks.

Ditch that crappy mopar bov. Get or make your own block off plate and run a tial.
Yeah I bought the SRT GREEN s3 mopar TD05HR with 47lb wheel from forced performance. Havent put it on yet whats this fuel Rail??? I would like to get one and i was thinking on a s3 & retun line & a walbro 255 instead of the s3 one. what was your set up? What were you running for a intercooler??? I almost bought the hahn direct fit one 2day i dont want to hack things theres 30,000 or 2 years left on warranty....

Make sure you run an agp s3 waste gate if you can still even get them. Here was my complete set up.

Ported S3 by bob from form and function. 42lb wheel
AGP S3 waste gate actuator connected to factory solenoilds
S3 pcm with toys. Used dab to control boost. Spiked 25 held 22 on and off hom.
Form and function ported intake manifold.
exhaust depot super beast fmic
maxxfab s3 o2 housing. S3 manifold was ported to match the 3.75 inlet of o2 housing.
needswings downpipe.
Kinetic Motorsports tb
Rage tek 10an fuel rail.
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with my own return set up.
Stock S3 injectors and fuel pump modified for return set up.
I had the mopar clutch. Was slipping a few months before I sold the car.
It had S3 coilovers
agp motormounts
ran it at the track on 114 octane in hom with micky thompson et street drag radials.
no big turbo or nitrous srt-4 could touch me from a dig or roll in hom. even off hom i was a big contender.

Never dynoed it. It was enough to run 10.70's @ 125mph on an amazingly prepped track.

My set up was pretty simple. No one could get how I did it with out an aem or any other fuel management. Its simple. Keep the pcm in the loop with boost and fuel. The S3 computer does wonders in hom. If you don't have toys its not worth it and might as well get an aem or hp tuners. Car drove like stock. Not one driveability problem. But for my real opinion. Sell your srt-4, get a daily driver and build your own car thats not fwd. I spun 3rd gear on the street and by the time I caught traction and was reeling in the other car and passing we were already at 140 +. Drag radials were a must all the time.

That was before my return set up and ported intake and tb on drag radials. I put a bleed in the vac line that went to the S3 fuel rail to get a better a/f ratio. That was an 02 z06 with a 100 shot. I accidentally left on the second honk, let off, then got back on to keep it as fair as possible.

If you get one with a internal waste gate get it welded shut, and go with an external waste gate. You'll be able to control boost better. We went with a TiAl 44mm, and a 17lb spring. With you being FWD you'll really have traction issues. I would also make sure your bottom end can handle it
i got a td05hr with 47lb wheel and the exhaust side is done to from fp evo9 green check the specs on a srt-4 stage2 w/toys add 50-100 whp and 100wfpt..... 10cm housing lets get it on........ look it up i stomp srt 10s.......... this set up makes 400+ whp and near 500fpt with no tune on a stage2 with toys in high oct and runs rich..... tuned 450+whp......... yeah my neon will smoke you!!!!!!!
