Installing IHI RHB31 on a 200cc single motorcycle
Hi, new to the forum. I'm just starting my project, it's a 2008 Kikker Hardknock kit bike from China. It has a 200cc single cylinder. I found a ihi rhb31 turbo, & a flange set,but am having no luck w the fittings or gaskets. it didn' t come with them. Does anybody know where I can get them? And which ports are for what?(oil in, out, & coolant)

welcome to the site!
i'd say try ebay fro the fittings, theres always something on the are that is going for cheap and usually, that stuff is universal.. as for the port mapping, i don't personally know which hole is which, and can't really tell how to tell.. sorry. i'm sure theres a way, but i haven't worked with the rhb stuff yet. that sounds like it could be fun if it spools up at a reasonable engine speed!! good luck and have fun. (and hopefully someone smarter that i will chime in with some good info)

Top banjo is oil in, bottom is oil return to sump.
Standard manifold gasket is a steel shim. If you don't want to make gaskets yourself, try Daihatsu/Toyota kit for CB60/CB61 RHB32 turbo three cylinder. |
