Finally bought an exhaust!

Wow....I cant believe it, I finally ordered the exhaust for my supra! I purchased a TMS Downpipe 3", 3" test pipe, and HKS Dragger Cat back exhaust! I cant wait to get it on my car to see how it sounds!

Nice!

I'm sure you'll like it. I actually prototyped one of the early TMS Downpipes but I don't think they went into product with it (downpipe/turbo elbow combo). Is this just the downpipe, or is it a downpipe/turbo elbow combo? I've done some installs of the Drager exhaust and it's surprisingly quiet for the size of the pipng.

Yes the TMS is the downpipe and elbow in one. The Dragger exhaust is quiet? Crap I wanted it to be louder than the stock combo! Is it that quiet or does it have a noticeable sound to it?

It definitely has a good sound, and it's not as quiet as stock. It has a nice deep sound. It just surprised me that it wasn't loud as all heck..

Let me know how you like the sound the Dragger makes, the only thing I've heard on MKIIIs is TMS stuff.

personally i like the tanabe hyper medallion system alot better... but the dragger was on the sheet of "maybe buys" as well... i just liked the look of the tanabe better... same sound if i remember correctly... very mellow while idling but when you open her up... it sounds fantastic... congrats on the buy... by the way... this thread is worthless without your pics so post them when you get them

I have to agree on the Hyper Medalion. I'm running the Tanabe HD on my car and i love how it sounds and the sound isn't overpowering inside the car. Not to mention it's 3.25" piping..
