Looking for the nextcar in our boosted section!!!

i have a turbo mustang pushing around 600 or so to the wheels (at 12 psi)... my hubby fabricated the entire turbo kit, intercooler setup, and exhaust. she is just my daily driver. oh and she hauls the kids around... hehehe

of course! i haven't taken this combo to the track yet - i don't think 702 footpounds of torque will work well with stock axles. but i do have my last track slip that shows a 10.74 @ 125 for my old stock 302 motor with a 62mm turbo.

this dyno was done two weeks ago. she blew the tires off on the first pull and we lost readings. and on the second pull she started spinning the tires a little more than halfway through the pull. she was set to do 15psi but the tire spin kept her at 10.

i'm thinking about getting the strange 33 spline axles and then i'll get some new numbers with the new combo (363 with 70mm).

What kind of circulation does your magazine have? You say you want some cars for your boosted section but what kind of piece are you planning on writing on them?

well newbie its 30,000 print and about 100,000 readers online with out checking the numbers.

and the feature will depend on the car.

slo i wasnt trying to pick on you with the newbie remark.
and our magazine may not be for everyone. but just to clear the air we are not an online magazine. We are a print magazine and have put a flip mag on our site for our readers convenience.
